Is the app really free?+
Yes. The app, the planning tools, the daily prompts, the photo sharing — all free, forever. We make money on the physical keepsakes if (and only if) you choose to order one.
How does forwarding an itinerary work?+
Every trip gets its own email address. Forward any booking confirmation — airline, hotel, Airbnb, tour — to that address, and it parses into your shared day-by-day itinerary automatically.
Do I need everyone in my group to download it?+
No. You can add travelers by name only — they'll appear on your itinerary and in your memory book without needing an account.
What if my friends use a different app?+
Forward their confirmations to your trip address. Everything lands in one place. We don't care what anyone books with.
Do I need a connection to use the app?+
Yes — the app loads your trip from the cloud, so you'll need a connection. Nothing is ever lost: your itinerary, photos, and expenses live safely in the cloud and reappear the moment you're back online.
Which devices does it support?+
iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android, and any modern web browser. Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In are both supported.
How much does the memory book cost?+

Who sees my photos and reflections?+
Only the travelers on the trip. When you add a photo or journal entry, you choose whether to keep it private or add it to the group — anyone you invited as a traveler can then see it. We do not sell data.
Can I use it solo?+
Absolutely. A solo trip works exactly like a group trip — it's simply a group of one. Every feature works the same way.
What about travel advisors?+
If you book through a travel advisor, they can push your itinerary directly into the app — no double-entry. Ask your advisor about Our Time Away.
