Our Time Away
Group of friends looking out airport window at planes
For groups of 2 to 20

One trip.
Everyone on the same page.

Plan together, split costs fairly, and remember it together. Your group sees every flight, hotel, and reservation the moment it's forwarded in — no spreadsheets, no screenshots, no "wait, who booked this?"

Free forever. No ads. Shipping to 30+ countries.
The group-trip problem

Your itinerary is scattered across inboxes. Your expenses live in a spreadsheet no one updates. Your photos are on six different phones, and the trip story fades before you make it home. We thought yours deserved one place.

Shared itinerary

Everyone sees everything.
The moment it arrives.

Every trip gets its own forwarding address. Anyone on the trip can forward a confirmation — airline, hotel, Airbnb, tour, dinner reservation — and it lands as a clean activity on your shared day-by-day itinerary in seconds.

  • Forward from any inbox — no copy-paste, no re-typing
  • Assign each activity to "Everyone", "Just me", or specific travelers
  • Digital tickets linked — deep-link into airline apps
  • Question flags when a booking is missing a time or attendee

Expenses

Fair splitting,
in every currency.

Snap a photo of the receipt. Type the total. Forward an email. Tell us who paid and who owes — and we do the rest. Euros, yen, pounds, and dollars all settle up in the currency you choose at the end.

  • Multi-currency, one final settlement
  • Suggested transfers to minimize who pays whom
  • Everyone sees the running total in real time
  • One tap to close the books when you land

If you've been using a bill-splitting app plus a separate itinerary app, this replaces both.

The part nobody else does

Different words from the same week.
Everyone gets their own book.

Shared photos, shared itinerary — but each traveler answers the daily prompts in their own words. When the trip ends, every person gets their own hardcover memory book composed from their view of the week. Different favorite moments, same trip.

Works for

However your group travels.

Family vacations

Kids included, no extra accounts.

Add travelers by name — even kids who aren't on the app. Parents coordinate bookings, everyone sees the itinerary on the family iPad.

Four people looking out over a city from a viewpoint.
Friend trips

One plan. Everyone in it.

Bachelorette weekends, ski trips, birthday getaways. One person forwards the bookings, everyone sees the itinerary, and nobody gets stuck with the tab.

People admire the eiffel tower at night.
Couples

Plan together, remember it your own way.

Two books from one trip — hers and his. Same photos, different reflections. A surprising keepsake when you compare them at the end.

Instead of…

One app, instead of four.

Most groups piece together a shared doc, a bill-splitting app, a separate itinerary app, and a notes app for photos and memories. Here's what rolls into one place.

Common questions

Before you invite the crew.

Do my friends need to download the app?

No. You can add anyone to a trip by name — helpful for kids, parents, or anyone who just wants to come along without another app. If they do sign up, they get full access to the shared itinerary, photos, and daily prompts.

What if someone on the trip doesn't want to use it?

That's fine. One person can run the itinerary and expenses for the whole group. Everyone else just shows up.

Is it really free?

The app is free, forever. No ads, no upsell nags. We only earn if someone wants a memory book or print at the end of the trip — and even then, only if they order one.

How many people can be on one trip?

Up to 20 travelers per trip. Large enough for family reunions, small enough that you still know who everyone is.
